Screw conveyors are fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade material pipes. Screws inside conveyors are fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade material and bended in the shape of screw. Bearing housings provided on both side with leak-proof arrangements. Reputed make gear motors provided to rotate screw. Screw conveyor body has open/close facility for maintenance purpose. Height adjustable stands provided for screw conveyors. these stands are fabricated from mild steel material. Water collection trays provided at end of screw conveyor body to discharge water from the raw material.
Washing tank is fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade material sheets with bending. Ribs provided on washing tank body to strengthen structure. Entire round washing tank is welded with the mild steel square pipe fabricated stand. Washing attachment fabricated from mild steel c section channels. where reduction gearbox and motor is fitted. Stainless steel 304 grade sturur fitted with gearbox. Output mouth provided in washing tank which is manual. Water discharge system provided in washing tank with mesh cover.
Floating tank is fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade material sheets with unique bending. Mild steel square pipe fabricated stand provided to place floating tank body. Rolls fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade pipes where stainless steel 304 grade sheets are welded on outer diameter of pipes. four nos of rolls fitted on floating tank with suitable gear motor. Gear/chain system provided to synchronize four rolls speed. Stainless steel fabricated screw fitted at the bottom of floating tank. Bearing housing provided on both sides with leak proof arrangements. Screw conveyor connected with bottom of floating tank for discharge of heavy durt.
Dryer machine stand is fabricated from mild steel pipes. Rotor fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade heavy pipe where stainless steel square bars welded on outer diameter of rotor. Rotor has pedestals on both sides where pedestals are placed on dryer stand. Rotor cage is fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade mesh with open/close arrangements via SS bolts. Upper and lower cover fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade sheets with half round bending. Water discharge trays provided on lower cover of dryer. Hopper provided on the upper cover of dryer machine. Output spot is connected with the blower. AC motor provided to run the rotor. movable motor attachment provided to adjust distance between motor pulley and rotor pulley as per belt length. Cyclone silo fabricated from stainless steel 304 grade material.
In the process, Scrap grinder machine converts plastic waste into plastic flakes. Plastic flakes drops in the screw conveyor which leads flakes to the washing tank. Washing tank washes plastic flakes with sturur rotation. Washed scrap discharged from washing tank from output mouth manually. Washed flakes drops into screw conveyor which leads flakes to the floating tank. Floating tank helps to separate material and dust. Plastic flakes moves forward along rotation of floating tank rolls and heavy dust drown to the bottom of floating tank. Screw fitted at the bottom of floating tank leads heavy dust in the center of screw where discharge spot is provided. Screw conveyor connected with bottom of floating tank leads heavy dust outside. In floating tank, plastic tank moves forward and drops in screw conveyor which leads it to the dryer machine. Plastic flakes enter dryer body and drops on rotating rotor. Water on plastic flakes surface gets removed and drops on lower cover of dryer machine where water discharge trays are provided. Plastic flakes moves forward with the rotor rotation to the output spot. Blower helps plastic flakes to migrate plastic flakes to the storage silo.
