Definition / Plastic Pulverizer Machine

Pulverizer is used to convert plastic granules and plastic flakes into plastic powder form. This plastic powder is used in different plastic finished manufacturing industries like water tanks, pipes, profiles etc.

How It Works :

In the process, A plastic material would be in granules state (for lldpe) or in flakes state (for pvc) is inserted inside the hopper of pulverizer machine, the raw material initials to feed inside the body of the pulverizer machine. The body contains one set of blade, which blade is made of special material which gets grinds granules. Plastic granules enter in the blade body and collected in the center of the grinding blades. It is then pushed outwards by the centrifugal force between stator and rotating blades. Powder state of the material comes out of the body with the help of blower which cools powder intensively and enters in the vibro shifter. Vibro shifter differentiate the powder uniformly and separate the non-grinded flakes into different container which can be used for regrinding.

Different types of models available, which are classified according production capacities and blade sizes,

  • MRM/400/PUL : Production 100-150 kg per hour
  • MRM/500/PUL : Production 150-200 kg per hour
  • MRM/600/PUL : Production 250-300 kg per hour

Maximum Production Capacity 300 kg per hour and more (production more than 300 kg per hour also available as per customer requirements)
