Mixture Machine designed to generate heat due to friction. Mixture Machine are used to mix granules/flakes with pigment powder or master batch for uniform blending. The Mixture Machine achieves heat while its rotor is rotating and it is important to blend the pigment and masterbatch with plastic flakes/granules uniformly.
In the process, A plastic material would be in plastic flakes state or granules state, is loaded into drum along Master batch, pigment or other additive, usually fabricated from mild steel inside and out (Natural grade) or fabricated from mild steel on outside and stainless steel inside (pvc) as per material requirement. There is mild steel fitted on the shaft on center of the drum. Where’s heavy duty bearing housing provided for the shafting of mixture machine. AC motor is connected with shafting with pulleys and belts. Rotor rotates at high RPM. Where raw material and additives starts to mix and due to friction raw material gets temperature around 70-80 degrees. Batch size depends on the drum storage capacity of mixture machine where batch timings are around 10-15 min. After batch completes, finished raw material is discharged from the output mouth of the mixture.

35 kg to 100 kg drum size mixture machines available with production capacity of 50 kg per hour to 400 kg per hour.
