Plastic scrap Grinder Machine is used to turn plastic article waste (hard plastic) into plastic flakes. which flakes are used in the plastic recycling industries as a raw material.
In the process, A plastic material would be in wastage state (article) is dropped into scrap grinder mouth fabricated from mild steel. Heavy duty dynamically balanced mild steel rotor fitted on the housing of the grinder to ensure faster grinding and defined output. Heavy duty bearing housing provided for the rotor of Scrap Grinder Machine. Blades are made from special alloy steel material with hardening process. 9 rotating blades fitted on rotor and 4/6 fixed blades fitted on body of grinder machine. Pulley fitted on one side of rotor and balanced wheel mounted on other side of rotor. Flake size limiter mesh provided below rotor to maintain flakes size.
Raw material drops into the mouth of grinder, reach the rotor whilst rotor is rotating. Blades cut the article constantly until it reaches the desired size. Once article turns into mesh size, it drops through mesh into output spot. From where output is collected as a flakes.
